About us
We are MOOTS, a group of investor friends from different countries who work together pursuing a common dream: creating an eco-sustainable community. Our vision is to live in a peaceful environment on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Valladolid, a Magical Town in full growth, where you can discover the best of nature, culture, delicious food and the natural wonder of Yucatan, such as its Cenotes. Just one hour from the beaches of Tulum, we want to live in a community of eight tiny houses in the tranquility of nature but close to civilization.
We not only focus on developing our own project, but also explore and help find other investment opportunities on land owned by close friends. These properties offer excellent possibilities both for investment and for the construction of the house of your dreams or to enjoy a vacation in an idyllic environment. For those who do not know the peninsula, we have created the YUCATAN GETAWAY line. Through this service, we help people from outside explore the region both touristically and in terms of investment.

The project in the periphery focuses on 8 irregular plots, with areas ranging from 377 m2 to 434 m2 each.
Our project is characterized by taking advantage of the organic forms of the land, integrating the access roads in a way that respects and enhances the natural energies of the place.
Using soft curves and sustainable materials, we have created a space that is not only visually appealing, but also promotes a positive circulation of energy, connecting every corner of the project harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
